Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data pickyourrow.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect very little, we do not sell your data, and Google sets cookies to show ads.

Who is responsible

Pick Your Row is a brand owned and operated by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC. Joshua Israel Ventures LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: joshuaofisrael@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally a phone number. When you press send, your browser submits these details to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third party form service, which forwards them to us by email. We receive and store the email in a Google Gmail account. We use these details only to read and reply to your message. If you email us directly, we receive the details in your email in the same way.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Its script reports information such as the page you viewed, the referring page, your browser and device type, your approximate country and page load timing. Cloudflare says this service does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint individual visitors. We see only aggregated statistics. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub states that when a GitHub Pages site is visited, the visitor's IP address is logged and stored for security purposes. We do not receive or control those logs. See the GitHub privacy statement.

Advertising

This site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your earlier visits to this and other sites. You can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services, and manage your ad settings, at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom see a consent choice delivered by Google, and you can change that choice at any time.

Cookies and affiliate tracking

Apart from the cookies set by Google for advertising, this site does not set cookies of its own. We do not currently run affiliate tracking. Booking buttons currently open an internal placeholder page, not a partner site. If we add affiliate links in future, we will update this policy and our Affiliate disclosure before they go live.

Why we use your data

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is handled by the service providers named above (FormSubmit, Google, Cloudflare and GitHub) only as needed to provide their services. We may disclose data if the law requires it. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records, then delete them. Analytics data is shown to us only in aggregated form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it or delete it by emailing joshuaofisrael@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. You can block the analytics script with your browser or a content blocker and the site will still work.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law

This page is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida. Pick Your Row is owned and operated by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
